Before returning items, please contact Freaking Monday.

You can return items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, there will be no refund. Please check that you have included your contact details with the return and include a tracking number and a brief description of your problem if possible.

Freaking Monday recommends that you require a receipt and packing ID for the return from the parcel service as it makes it easier to track the return if necessary. Return costs are not reimbursed by Freaking Monday. If you paid by invoice, we need a bank account number to which we can refund the money. This is easiest to communicate to us by e-mail.


To be able to return your products, you need a receipt or proof of purchase. Return your purchase to the manufacturer. The address can be found on the shipping label.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning an item over EUR 75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing transport insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
